Program Details

To become an Osteoporosis Resource Center and receive all of the benefits of the program, you must sign up with ZyCal Bioceuticals’ Bi-monthly auto shipment program and agree to buy at least one case (12 bottles of Pro-stiminol™ either standard or extra strength or any combination of both products) every other month. That’s only 6 patients buying Pro-stiminol™ from your office. You may cancel your bi-monthly auto shipment program at any time.

The free Professional membership is a one year membership to the National Osteoporosis Foundation, paid for by ZyCal Bioceuticals. This is a $49 value, purchased for you by ZyCal Bioceuticals. If you decide to cancel your auto shipment program prior to one year, you may be billed the $49 membership fee if ZyCal has already purchased it and your name may be removed from the Osteoporosis Resource Center on the zycalbio website.

Patient memberships are activated by the healthcare professional by calling ZyCal Bioceuticals and providing the following patient information: full name, address, phone and e-mail. Up to five (5) free patient memberships will be provided to each healthcare provider per auto shipment program.
